This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. We hold what you email us and what our payment processor tells us about an invoice, and we use it only to quote, produce, deliver, and bill your order.

1. Who we are

Signal AA Media LLC ("Signal AA Media", "we", "us") operates signalaamedia.com and the invoice portal at pay.signalaamedia.com. Questions about this policy go to hello@signalaamedia.com.

2. What we collect

What you email us. Your name and email address, the text of your messages, and any files or links you attach: footage, audio, images, documents, brand assets.
Invoice and payment details. When you pay an invoice at pay.signalaamedia.com, Stripe collects your card details on its own secure page and tells us the name, email address, billing details you entered, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. We never receive or store your card number.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.

This website sets no cookies of its own and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

3. How we use it

To reply to your brief with a quote, produce the order, deliver the files, and handle revisions.
To issue invoices, confirm payment, and send receipts and refunds.
To keep the records that tax and accounting law require.
To keep our systems secure.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or send marketing email. If we ever want to show your finished work publicly, we ask first.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: our email provider, the file-storage or shared-folder service used to receive and deliver material, Stripe for invoicing and payment, and our website hosting provider. Each one processes data under its own terms and only to provide its service to us. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Briefs, source material, and working files: for the life of the order and up to 90 days after delivery, so revisions and repeat orders are quick. Ask and we delete sooner. For monthly packages we keep material while the package is active.
Email correspondence: for 24 months after your last invoice, or 24 months after our last email if no invoice was issued. Email hello@signalaamedia.com to request earlier deletion; we delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
Invoices and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Email hello@signalaamedia.com and we act on it within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you further rights over your data, you have those too.

7. Children

Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.
